  • Recommendation:

    Approve Zoning By-law Amendment Application ZBA-15-2023 (Zoning By-law 2-2012, as amended), to rezone the lands known legally as, Part of the South half of Lot 1, Concession 4, Tilbury; Part of Lot 2 Concession 4, Tilbury as in R1321296, save and except Part of Lot 1 Concession 4, designated as Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 on Plan 12R29514; Lakeshore, being part of the Property Identifier Number 75064-0017(LT); from “Agriculture (A)” to “Agriculture Zone Exception 115 (A-115)” (indicated as “1368 Rochester Townline Rd Retained Land” on the Key Map, Appendix B), and rezone the lands known legally as, Part of Lot 1, Concession 4, Tilbury, designated as Parts 3 and 4 on Plan 12R29514, being part of the Property Identifier Number 75064-0017(LT); from “Agriculture (A)” to “Agriculture Zone Exception 116 (A-116)” (indicated as Part 3 and Part 4 on the Draft Survey, Appendix C) in the Municipality of Lakeshore; and

    Direct the Clerk to read By-law 4-2024 during the Consideration of By-laws, all as presented at the January 30, 2024 Council meeting.

  • Recommendation:

    Approve Zoning By-law Amendment Application ZBA-18-2023 (Zoning By-law 2-2012, as amended), to rezone the lands known legally as, Part of Lot 16, Concession 5 West of Belle River, Maidstone, designated as Parts 2, 3 and 4 on Plan 12R-29565, being part of the Property Identifier Number 75012-0077(LT), and known municipally as 1096 Lakeshore Road 107, from “Agriculture (A)” to “Agriculture Zone Exception 117 (A-117)” zone (indicated as “1096 Lakeshore Rd 107 Retained Farmland” on the Key Map, Appendix B), in the Municipality of Lakeshore; and

    Direct the Clerk to read By-law 11-2024 during the Consideration of By-laws, all as presented at the January 30, 2024 Council meeting.

  • Recommendation:

    Receive the presentation of the 2024 Draft Budget.

  • Recommendation:

    Approve Option 1 to support the draft Customer Service Policy in principle and direct Administration to bring back a report with a finalized Policy and a detailed procedure and further information on implementation through Customer Relationship Management & Service Management software and associated deployment costs, all as presented at the January 30, 2024 Council meeting.

  • Recommendation:

    Direct Administration to proceed with Option #1 to bring forward an amendment to the Property Standards By-law to regulate light nuisance, and direct the Clerk to read By-law 10-2024 during the Consideration of By-laws, all as presented at the January 30, 2024 Council meeting.

  • Recommendation:

    Award the contract for the purchase of a new 2024 RAVO 5-I Series Compact Sweeper, to Cubex Limited in the amount of $385,645.84 (including applicable HST);

    Approve the associated rental costs in the amount of $32,520.00 (including applicable HST) for a period of two (2) months and extend (if required) based on equipment delivery delays up to a maximum of 6 months; and

    Approve the overage in the amount of $130,268.48 (including applicable HST, with the potential of rental costs for an additional 4 months in the amount of $62,800.00 including applicable HST) to be funded from the Vehicles and Equipment Reserves, all as presented at the January 30, 2024 Council meeting.

  • Recommendation:

    Approve the addition of Pixellot TV to the gameday operations of the Lakeshore Canadiens Junior C team within the Atlas Tube Recreation Centre’s Rock Rink, and

    Direct the Clerk to read By-law 14-2024, being a by-law to authorize an amending agreement with 2337338 Ontario Inc., during the Consideration of By-laws, all as presented at the January 30, 2024 Council meeting.

  • Recommendation:

    Direct Administration to extend the current temporary Fire Chief shared services agreement between Lakeshore and Leamington until April 4, 2024, and;

    Direct the Clerk to read By-law 16-2024 being a By-law to Authorize an Extension to the Temporary Fire Chief Shared Services Agreement with The Corporation of the Municipality of Leamington during the “Consideration of the By-laws”, as presented at the January 30, 2024 Council Meeting.

  • Recommendation:

    Support the submission by the Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario (AMCTO) entitled “Looking Ahead: A Proactive Submission to Modernize the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act”, as presented at the January 30, 2024 Council meeting.

  • Recommendation:

    Appoint Mayor Bailey and Councillor ______ to the Executive Committee, as presented at the January 30, 2024 Council meeting.

  • Recommendation:

    Council adjourn its meeting at ___ PM.
